Krishna Sakha is an AI-powered spiritual guidance and knowledge application offered by Mayra AI Labs. By using Krishna Sakha, you acknowledge and agree that:

All future products launched under the Mayra AI Labs brand will be subject to these Terms, unless separate terms are provided for specific products. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail for that particular product.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless you have our express written permission or as permitted by applicable law.
By submitting, posting, or transmitting User Content through the Services, you grant Mayra AI Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services. This license continues even if you stop using the Services, to the extent necessary for us to maintain and improve our Services.
Content generated by our AI systems (including Krishna Sakha and other products) is provided for informational purposes. While Mayra AI Labs retains ownership of the AI systems and their underlying technology, users may use AI-Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of AI-Generated Content requires prior written consent from Mayra AI Labs.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA).

AI-Generated Content, including that provided by Krishna Sakha, is based on machine learning models and algorithms that may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. Users should exercise their own judgment and discretion when interpreting and acting upon AI-Generated Content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAYRA AI LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Mayra AI Labs, if any, in the past six (6) months for the Services giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mayra AI Labs, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees and legal costs) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
The following sections shall survive termination: Definitions, Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact Mayra AI Labs at hello@mayrailabs.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least sixty (60) days from the date of the initial notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be in India.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Mayra AI Labs failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mayra AI Labs regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
Mayra AI Labs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
